Last year, I employed sliders on most of the sites I built. I know they're trendy, but there's a reason for it. They offer an interesting way for the client to present content on the home page without pushing vital information down the page. They also are great for driving traffic to key areas inside the site. This slider can be managed by the client through a back-end interface. I like to use a combination of images and HTML copy in slides to provide content for search engines to get ahold of.Another nice feature of this site, on the back end, is a custom control panel that allows the client to manage contact information about their restaurants in the database. The stores database is connected to the contact forms so users can contact a specific restaurant location about general concerns, jobs or catering orders.
